Finding Your Roots Database Research

This guide provides access to ProQuest Database which includes Ancestry Library Edition,  and Heritage Quest Online. These databases are all used for genealogical research.  However, the primary tool that is recommended is Ancestry Library Edition.  

 It also includes additional resources such as www.Familysearch.org where users can register and begin by creating a free digital family tree online that can be edited at any time.   See example below:

The 5-Generation Family Tree printout and the Family Group Charts are also recommended for documenting family members prior to inserting information into the digital family tree at www.Familysearch.org.  They are available for download below:
