If you are on-campus and can't access the B-CU computer network, follow the instructions below.
However, you may first want to try finding the original email CIT sent you at your personal email at the beginning or near the beginning of the academic year with your passwords. CIT sent passwords to students which look something like this: Fj8pl9. You can do a search of your personal email for the subject “IMPORTANT - Your BCU Login Information” . This email will have your credentials to login to the Wildcat Web, B-CU Gmail and the B-CU Computer Network.
B-CU Network login
- Use your phone to send a blank email to firstname.lastname@example.org Students must use their B-CU email account to send the email. (This re-set tool is now available 24/7).
- You will receive an email response from B-CU Network Password Reset Tool with a new password within a few minutes.
- After checking to see if the new password works, then you may change the password to something easier to remember. First, ensure you’re already logged in to your computer.
- Then, hit the key combination CTRL+ALT+DELETE. A lock screen will then appear; choose the “Change A Password” option.
