The Hip Hop in the Heartland Teacher Training Institute is a summer program sponsored by the University of Wisconsin's Office of Mutlicutural Arts Initiative and Urban Word of NYC to provide training to teachers and community activists and for them to experience and learn best practices in hip hip and spoken word educational programs.
