B-CU Gmail Account

Use: To access your B-CU Gmail account. 

Gmail Username : Your complete B-CU email address

Example:

firstname.mi.lastname@students.cookman.edu

Need to reset Gmail password?

A password reset link will appear after you enter your Gmail user name and click CONTINUE.

On-Campus Computer

Networks

Use:To login to Library's Learning Commons (and other computer labs) to use software (Microsoft, etc.) , printers, and the Internet, including accessing the Library catalog and databases.

Network Username : First part only of your B-CU Gmail address (Don't add @cookman.edu)

Example:firstname.mi.lastname

Need to reset Network password?

Temporary instructions: send email to helpdesk@cookman.edu

send a blank email (using your BCU email) to 

( send to BCU NETWORK PASSWORD RESET -all one word @ cookman.edu )

Example: bcunetworkpasswordreset@cookman.edu

IT CAN TAKE UP TO 15 MIN TO RECEIVE THIS EMAIL.

(After logging in with the new password, you can press CTRL+ALT+DEL keys and at the next screen you can change the password to something you can remember).

Off-Campus Login to Library  Databases

Use:  To search library databases when you are off-campus

Username:  Your complete B-CU email address

Example:

firstname.mi.lastname@students.cookman.edu

Password:  Your B-CU email password.
