Special thanks to Beyonce Taylor, a Business Administration major with a concentration in Hospitality & Management Systems in the College of Business and Entrepreneurship, for completing the inventory for boxes 1-22 before graduating in May 2025. Other media has been digitized through a collaboration with HBCU Digital Trust housed at the Robert W. Woodruff Library: Atlanta University Center. Those items, including yearbooks post 1970, student newspapers and our photo collection of Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune, can be found here.
You can review conversions of cassette recordings here.
Recordings of Mrs. Bethune are here.
Here is a list of noteworthy conversions. The collection is growing and thus a living project. Return often.

We also have the John Reeves DVD Collection, which is part of a larger collection including thousands of photographs and newspapers. Mr. Reeves served as the university's photographer for 38 years before retiring in 2022. He is a member of the 2018 B-CU Hall of Fame. He was also the official sports photographer and pictorial documentarian of the athletics program for decades. There were a number of students who worked on the collection over the years, but Vashti Jackson and Nakeisha Rolle completed the final version that's included here.
