Brief Biographical Sketch

Professor Caputo has taught at Bethune-Cookman University in the Department of Mass Communications since August 2009.

His expertise is media writing, audio production, podcasting, and radio news reporting.

Professor Caputo has nearly three decades of experience in the fields of broadcasting and entertainment.

He has served as a radio news reporter and anchor in both NY and Florida, where he has covered many historic news stories such as the Casey Anthony Trial, the Pulse Nightclub Terrorist Attack, the 2016 and 2020 elections, and the January 6th insurrection.  

His work has been featured on major broadcasting networks including HLN, Oxygen, Fox Nation, BBC, and Investigation ID.
