Brief Biographical Sketch

  • Obtained a wide range of leadership and teaching experiences in six different universities: University of Jordan, Wayne State University, University of Massachusetts, Stratford University, Higher Colleges of Technology, and Bethune Cookman University. He attended/presented at more than 40 conferences/ workshops/webinars.
  • Gained extensive clinical experience in a number of clinical areas (Operating room, Pre-op., PACU, home care, private duty nursing, psychiatric clinics, medical-surgical units, Telemetry, infection control department, pediatrics, and administration), and in numerous top hospitals in the USA, including Johns Hopkins Hospital, Yale University Hospital, and the University of Michigan Hospital.

Research Interests

  • Research interests center on understanding internal and external environmental stressors (whether they were physiological, psychological, sociocultural, developmental, or spiritual) and their positive or negative effects on human beings, especially children’s wholeness.
