Brief Biographical Sketch

Dr. Rokaisha Pelham currently serves as Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Bethune-Cookman University. Dr. Pelham holds a Doctorate of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Argosy University. She also earned Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Stetson University. In higher education, Dr. Pelham has served on the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) committee, faculty senate, and faculty innovation advisory council.

Prior to working in higher education, Dr. Pelham was a secondary business teacher for fourteen years in the Florida public school system. Dr. Pelham incorporates student engagement techniques in her courses to maximize student learning.
